The Hana approach is based on three core elements: Team, Meet and Share. ‘With Team, a client has a 24/7 branded office,’ explains Stefan. ‘That can be a Suite accommodating 12-150 employees – it comes with a dedicated meeting room and focus room – or a smaller Studio for up to 12 people.
‘Meet is ideal for businesses that need to arrange a meeting or presentation: we have nine meeting rooms (for 4-14 people) which can be pre-booked by the day, hour or week. All have the latest technology, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, and fresh food and drink is available. Finally, Share is our co-working option with desks, tables, chairs, lounge, one-person focus rooms and complimentary refreshments.
‘Whatever space you reserve, Hana’s concierge team is on-hand to smooth the working day, whether that’s booking a taxi, printing documents, mail handling or finding a restaurant. And, of course, our clients can take part in the 245 networking and wellbeing events and use the excellent facilities, such as the café and Urban Park.
