Admiral Nurses are specialist dementia nurses who provide life-changing support for families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. When people are struggling, Admiral Nurses help them to take back control and handle complex needs; when friends and family are worried about a loved one, they give them the confidence to manage the future.
Home Instead Hammersmith and Chiswick is joining forces with Dementia UK to recruit an Admiral Nurse who will be based at the Sutton Court Road (Chiswick) office. The Admiral Nurse will be working with Home Instead’s clients and supporting family carers in the local community.
