Learn to cook without recipes, enjoy your kitchen and nourish your loved ones

About Cook Folk
Cook Folk is a new cook school in Acton, West London dedicated to teaching students how to discover their inner cook, nourish their loved ones and unleash their creativity to cook without recipes.

Founded in 2018 by cook, food writer and cookery teacher, Louisa Chapman-Andrews, following her seven years working with modern British grocer and North London institution, Melrose and Morgan, with whom she wrote ‘Good Food For Your Table: A Grocer’s Guide’ in 2014.

Cook Folk offers one-to-one courses tailored to the individual, ‘kitchen edits’ for those looking to revamp and refocus their cooking space, and, seasonal group workshops. Once every quarter Cook Folk will also invite a guest chef to create an exclusive group workshop focusing on a particulate cuisine or cooking style.
