‘When we opened Secret Oasis Spa on Fulham Road in 2014, it was just my mother (Jade) and me working together,’ recalls Director, Oscar Tan. ‘Our philosophy was to make every customer feel valued, and even now the business has expanded, that is the same.’
Earlier this year, with Secret Oasis established in the SW6 community and attracting clients from around London, Oscar took the brave decision to open two new branches: the MediSpa, which is across the road from the original Spa, and the Clinic, which is on New Kings Road. The aim was to provide an even wider range of treatments and satisfy the beauty and health needs of all clients.

‘We were very busy and often treatment rooms were fully booked at the Spa,’ explains Oscar. ‘So, we acquired the Clinic, and then the building opposite became available. It was just too good an opportunity to miss!
‘We now have our own App available to download and clients can book treatments for all three locations with a few clicks. The Spa offers beauty therapies (massage, facials, waxing, nails and eyecare); at the MediSpa we provide laser hair removal and advanced skin facial treatments using the newest technology, such as the Soprano Titanium Laser, SkinPen MicroNeedling and HydraFacial; and at the Clinic, our team of doctors focuses on aesthetic injections, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.’
