The Hammersmith & Fulham Means Business event and exhibition delivers the inspiration and information to make your company a success
Are you launching a business? Do you have a marketing, legal or red tape issue that needs to be resolved? Whatever the query, business people from all sectors will receive professional guidance at the sixth Hammersmith & Fulham Means Business exhibition on Wednesday 3 April (9am to 5pm) at The Town Hall in King Street.

Organised by H&F Council, this annual free event has a proven track record in helping companies to establish themselves and grow. ‘Come down and get all the advice and support you need to help make your business a success,’ says Cllr Andrew Jones, H&F Cabinet Member for the Economy and the Arts. ‘Our Industrial Strategy aims to deliver more affordable workspaces, workshops, networking opportunities and training for local entrepreneurs as we strive to make H&F the best place to do business in Europe.’
Whatever the topic – marketing, accounting, development, sales, social media, law, funding – over 30 exhibitors from product and service suppliers, support groups and Council departments will be on hand to provide expert one-on-one advice (all appointments must be pre-booked to guarantee availability).
In addition, during the day there will be two speed networking sessions and four practical seminars: NatWest start-up master class; Identifying the barriers to business growth and the strategies to leap over them; Successful use of social media to promote your business; and a Health and Wellbeing workshop: How to energise your business when you have no time.
When you start a new venture, you will know your subject. But, inevitably, there will be areas with which you’re not familiar and which it is essential to understand. Whatever your ambitions, Hammersmith & Fulham Means Business will give you the knowledge to be successful.
