EweMove, which has over 200 offices in the UK, recently won three categories at the prestigious Estate Agency (EA) Masters industry awards, including Best National Agent for Sales and Lettings. The decision was based on a “mystery shopper” process in which 15,000 agents nationwide were judged on every element of their performance.
Mike and Stacy have lived in Chiswick – and moved within it several times – for the past 15 years. ‘There’s nothing like bumping into past and present clients to ensure that our customer service is spoton,’ adds Mike. ‘When you sign up with us, you have our full-time – and that’s 24/7 – attention through the sales or letting process. marketing copy and use professional photography (at no charge) and can recommend local legal and surveying businesses.
‘Currently, we are looking for more residential stock,’ says Stacy. ‘The Chiswick market is resilient and we have a strong database of buyers and tenants waiting to move here. So, if you are planning to sell or rent next year, we would love to talk to you.’
