Founded in 2003, Airivo’s first managed business premises was in Boston Manor and since then the company has expanded from its West London heartland to other areas of the capital, most recently Shoreditch, and Birmingham. ‘We’re an experienced, close-knit team ourselves,’ says Stephen Moyse, who is Head of Sales and Technology. ‘That gives us an advantage because we know how our clients operate – we’ve been in the same situation – and, between us, Mary-Anne and I have over 40 years’ sector experience.’
The Gable House site extends over four floors (12,000 sq.ft) and the spaces come in an array of shapes and sizes (they are individually priced with flexible, no-fuss contracts) to suit companies from one-person start-ups to those requiring 30-plus work stations. All the offices have natural light and they are furnished to a high standard, have dedicated Air Conditioning systems and are individually alarmed for 24-hour access.
Today, many fledgling businesses are faced with a common dilemma: the cost of premises is prohibitive, but they need to be able to access core facilities. At Airivo, the simple solution is to become a virtual client. ‘If you don’t want to make presentations at your kitchen table, it’s the ideal answer,’ explains Mary-Anne. ‘Virtual clients can register Gable House as their professional address and book our fully equipped conference room to hold meetings.’
As part of a commitment to invest in the infrastructure of its sites, Airivo recently opened a comfortable communal area next to reception. It has become the hub of the building. ‘It helps the getting-to-knowyou-process,’ says Mary-Anne. ‘It’s the perfect place to make new contacts, share ideas and just chat and relax – and the filter coffee is excellent!
‘Our objective is to allow clients to hit the ground running from their first day here. We anticipate and solve any problems and we create a friendly, dynamic environment in which to do business. This building has a real sense of community.’
